So, I asked my little brother(the monkey-ninja) to make me a sandwich. He said, "Sorry, I'm not capable of that. I'm a muggle." Then my older brother, who I'll call Jack, said "Well actually, muggle borns are when a muggle and a muggle make a witch. So it actually is possible for muggles to make witches."
